Our seniors exercise classes are designed for an older age group 50+ with a focus on machine exercises, cardio, theraband work, free weights and balance exercises. Exercises are individually tailored and useful for those with joint pain (shoulder, hip, knee), arthritis, osteoporosis, balance difficulties or those who simply want well-rounded workout in a gym setting.
Classes are conducted by Physiotherapists, Peter Russell and James Hur. Together they have more than 20 years combined physiotherapy experience and have significant expertise in exercise prescription.
Classes are claimable on your private health under the physiotherapy benefit. The cost is $30 per class. Multiple class discounts are available. Come and enjoy a complimentary class to see if you find it beneficial.
For new clients who have not previously attended the clinic we recommend booking a physiotherapy consult with us prior to attending your first gym class.
